Job Summary:

Will assist the Controller with day-to-day accounting functions through data entry and vendor interface.

General Accountabilities:

• Will receive vendor invoices and inquiries via email and enter information into Workamajig; Responds to vendor inquiries regarding payment, etc.
• Maintains and manages the addition of new vendors; Ensure proper receipt and filing of ‘Non-Disclosure’ agreements
• Will research, code and process credit card transaction into Workamajig
• Distributes ‘File Copy’ vendor invoices to the proper job bag
• Will file and maintain ‘Original Copy’ vendor invoices in accounting department
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
• Will verify and update constantly, the accounting information in Workamajig as it relates to billing and purchasing

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma
• Field-of-Expertise: Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles preferred

Competencies:

• Mathematics – Has the ability to understand accounting principles
• Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions
• Oral Communication – Speaks clearly and persuasively; Listens and gets clarification when necessary; Responds well to questions
• Written Communication – Can read, write and understand English; Proofreads work and writes in complete sentences

Physical Demands:

• Will be required to sit for extended periods of time
• Will be required to lift light weights (less than 25 lbs.)

As an assistant producer, you will help in the creation, production, and presentation of audio, video and animated content for a variety of medical clients. The ideal candidate is creative, has a strong personal interest in various forms of media, outstanding visual design skills, and enjoys a team-oriented, fast-paced atmosphere.

As a production coordinator you will assist in research, writing, proofing and will coordinate meetings, budgets and resources. You will ultimately help Account Executives and Project Managers in providing creative solutions to their marketing projects.
